  • When should I arrive for my appointment?

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation form.

  • What if I am running late?

    If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays or public holidays when we are closed.

  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    Yes. If specific times are needed, please make a booking. We are quite flexible and always do our best to accommodate clients.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Simply call us (08) 9445 1513 and speak to one of our friendly staff members. If your call is unanswered, leave a message and your call will be returned to make the appointment.
